This branded Recoil Duel address is the published support route. Dexter Interactive handles support mail through its managed Google Workspace routing and retention controls.

Please include your device model, iOS version, game version, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

Quick checks

  1. Close and reopen Recoil Duel.
  2. Restart your device if the issue continues.
  3. Confirm that iOS and Recoil Duel are up to date.
  4. To recover Remove Ads, open Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Before you play

Recoil Duel is available now on iPhone. Download it on the App Store. Android is in closed beta on Google Play: join the tester group, then opt in with the same Google account to install it.

Campaign and VEX duels work offline. Quick Match and Friend Room need an internet connection. If an online duel will not connect, check your connection and try again.

In version 1.0.3, the coin Shop also needs an internet connection and Game Center sign-in on iPhone. Keep using the same Game Center account to access your coin wallet and owned skins.

Purchases and restoration

Remove Ads can be restored through Settings. Coin packs are consumable purchases and cannot be restored. If a purchase is missing, email support with the product name and what happened; do not send payment-card details.

Version 1.0.3 also offers Restore in the Shop. Restore recovers the Starter Offer's permanent skin without granting its 1,000 coins again. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and the Game Center account linked to that wallet. If Apple asks you to sign in and the game reports that restore could not finish, complete Apple's sign-in and tap Restore again.
