Delete your Recoil Duel account

You can delete your Recoil Duel account and game data at any time, in the game or by email.

Delete it in the game

  1. Open Recoil Duel signed in to the account you play with: Google Play Games on Android, or Game Center on iPhone.
  2. Open Settings and tap Delete Game Data.
  3. Review what will be deleted, then confirm twice.
  4. When the game shows Game Data Deleted, close and reopen Recoil Duel.

If deletion stops, connect to the internet, keep the same account signed in, and tap Retry. It continues where it stopped. If your version does not show Delete Game Data, update the game or ask by email.

Ask us by email

Email privacy@dexterinteractive.com with the subject "Recoil Duel Account Deletion". Tell us whether you play on Android or iPhone and the Google Play Games or Game Center name you play under. If you can, include the Recoil Duel account ID shown in Settings › Delete Game Data. We reply to confirm the account before deleting it.

What is deleted

  • Your Recoil Duel account on our game servers, run on Unity Gaming Services.
  • Your coins, owned skins, rewards and campaign progress, and the purchase and reward records kept with your coin wallet.
  • Your Recoil Duel cloud saves and their backups in Google Play Games or iCloud. The in-game action deletes them; after an email request, you can remove them in your Google Play Games or iCloud settings.
  • The game data on your device. The in-game action clears it; uninstalling the game also removes it.

What is kept

  • Purchase records stay with Google Play and the App Store. After deletion, Restore Purchases in Settings returns Remove Ads.
  • Your Google Play Games or Game Center account belongs to Google or Apple and is not deleted.
  • Deleting game data does not send deletion requests to analytics or advertising partners. To make that request, email privacy@dexterinteractive.com with the subject "Recoil Duel Privacy Request". See our Privacy Policy.
  • Limited records may need to be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention or resolving purchase disputes, only for as long as those purposes require.
